Electronic Spreader Control
The MESP-3000 Series Micro-processor based Electro-hydraulic Spreader Control System is designed for heavy duty snow and ice control equipment.  
State-of-the-art features in a simple design.  Superior accuracy and reliability with reduced material costs and waste.  Flow capabilities to 35 GPM and 3000 PSI.  Fully adjustable relief valve and individual valve compensation for independent conveyor and spinner control to 18 GPM.  System features include: backlit display, onboard diagnostics, data logging for collecting/monitoring fleet records and fully programmable automatic, manual or spot mode operation.

Gear Pump
The Muncie Load Sense Variable Discharge Gear Pump has all the simplicities and advantages of a gear pump with the efficiency features of a piston pump.
The brawn is the hard working/long life characteristics of the gear pump.  The brain is the dual stage modulating element which provides a 15 PSI standby bypass pressure for oil being unloaded back to the tank.  When your system demands flow, a signal is sent through the load sense line from the directional valve into the element.  This shuts down the bypass and sends the desired amount of flow and pressure downstream to the valve bank.

MANUAL SPREADER
Control Valve
The Muncie pressure compensated flow regulator is designed to be used in applications such as spreaders where precise control of one or two functions may be required regardless of variations in work load.
These valves have standard dual controls, SAE O-ring porting and a manual shut-off.

Ultimate power and performance in a small package best describes the new F! Series clutch and gear pumps.  Our pressure-balanced wearblocks and sleeve-type bushings provide both high performance and extra long life. The F-1 Series is designed exclusively for those low flow applications.

H SERIES CLUTCH PUMP & MOUNTING KIT
This pump operates from direct engine power.  A dash-mounted switch permits convenient control.  No PTO is required.  Speeds to 400 RPM, with pressures to 3500 PSI. Standard sizes: 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 GPM @ 1000 RPM.  Solid one piece shaft. Integral mounting pad. Both side and rear ports make installation easier.
